ROBOT + CNC = ROBMILL
Revolutionary solution due to the integration of computer numeric control (CNC) that allows us to use our own functionalities in a machining centre with a robot. One of the main ones is the precise control of travel speed in the tool tip; this functionality is not possible with conventional solutions. Improvements in the surface finish are obtained and in cycle times that are impossible without this configuration. Another important improvement is to be able to work with 7 axis or more from the same platform; the interpolation of all axis is carried out in the same environment, treating equally the 7 axis. In a classic robot system with more additional axis, the treatment of the interpolation always prioritizes the robot axis, penalizing the direction of the machine and as a result the surface finish.
Because of the ease of incorporating systems and automations, a new feature integrates a head exchanger system that enables combining the milling head with other heads as tools to manipulate pieces or carry out other machining techniques. In the solution presented an ultrasonic cutting head (USM) is incorporated that has many applications; in our case it is used for cutting materials such honeycomb, widely used in aviations.

Cutting blade automation integrating linear and rotational positioning helix systems with blade width measurement to optimize the cutting angle and fast advancement in areas where there is no material.
First of all the results obtained improve safety in the application, improving the cycle time and when stabilizing the cutting speed the quality of the final diameter is improved.
An environment with recipes is developed to be able to choose from various models and strategies for cutting by means of a touch screen.
iN CONVEYOR BELT
Extending belt system for the transport of packages in loading and unloading operations.
Extending front accessory for delivering bags during the truck/container loading process.
The device consists of an additional belt of 2.000 mm provided with vertical and lateral movements in order to be able to route the bags to all areas of the truck/container cabin.
The vertical movement is performed with a hydraulic system and the lateral movement by means of a turning axis that pivots from the centre of the belt.
All movements are directed by the machine operator using a joystick, extended and vertical, up and down movement.
The lateral movement is blocked by means of a brake when leaving the launcher control. “Deadman button”.
